Briar & Bloom LLC currently ships orders within the United States only.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after your order is placed.

Because our products are made in small batches, processing times may vary during restocks, holidays, seasonal launches, or periods of high order volume.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders using USPS, UPS, or another available carrier depending on package size, destination, and service availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Briar & Bloom is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@briarandbloom.shop. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.

You may also contact us at support@briarandbloom.shop with your order number, and we will help review the situation where possible.

Briar & Bloom is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@briarandbloom.shop within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

- your order number;
- photos of the damaged item;
- photos of the shipping box and packaging; and
- a brief description of the issue.

We will review the information and work with you to make it right.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Some Briar & Bloom products, including lotion dots and wax-based items, may soften or melt if exposed to high temperatures during shipping or after delivery.

Please track your package and bring it indoors as soon as possible after delivery, especially during warm weather.

We are not responsible for melting, softening, or heat damage caused by packages being left outside, in mailboxes, in vehicles, or in other warm locations after delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not currently ship internationally.
